Job summary

Agincare Rainham is seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead frontline care teams across Rainham, delivering person-centred support and hands-on care. You’ll coordinate colleagues, review care plans and liaise with families to ensure consistent, high-quality services in diverse settings.

The role requires experience in senior care, a full UK driving licence, and strong organisational and IT skills. A clear path for professional development is provided within a growing, values-driven company.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Health & Social Care (Level 3 desirable/working towards).
• Strong organisation and IT skills.
• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK.

You’ll support individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism. Each person is unique, and you’ll help ensure their care is person-centred, consistent, and tailored to their lifestyle, whether that’s providing personal care, helping with daily routines or enjoying days out or quieter time at home.

We’re looking for:
