Job summary

Agincare Gosport is seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead and deliver person-centred care across our Gosport service. You will provide hands-on support, guide the team, and review care plans and risk assessments to ensure high-quality, consistent care.

You’ll liaise with families and professionals and step in to lead shifts as needed. Experience in a senior support or team leader role, and confidence in handling complex needs, are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior support or team leader role.
• Confidence supporting complex needs.
• Level 2 Health & Social Care (Level 3 desirable/working towards).
• Strong organisation and IT skills.
• Minimum 12 months' right to work in the UK.

The people you'll support:

You'll support individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism. Each person is unique, and you'll help ensure their care is person-centred, consistent, and tailored to their lifestyle, whether that's providing personal care, helping with daily routines or enjoying days out or quieter time at home.

We're looking for:
