We are seeking motivated & enthusiastic individuals to be part of a multidisciplinary team working with patients in their own homes to provide holistic care. Your main responsibility will be to support and assist service users to maintain their independence. Flexibility and initiative are essential. You will deliver high standards of patient care to ensure quality service delivery to the local community.

Experience is not required but is beneficial. Full training will be provided, and you will have the opportunity to complete an SVQ in Health & Social Care.

A driving licence is essential for this post, and applicants should have access to their own vehicle for work purposes. A pool vehicle is available for rural areas.

These are bank posts. Set shifts include 7.00am-11.00am, 7.00am-2.00pm, 8.00am-12.00pm, 11.00am-2.00pm, 5.00pm-10.00pm, or as per service needs.
