Senior Support Worker – Children and Young People

Location: Crawley
Salary: From £16.25 per hour, plus approximately £3,000–£6,000 per year for sleep-ins
Sleep-ins: 4–8 per month, paid at £62.64 each
Hours: Full-time, long day shifts plus sleep-ins

We are looking for experienced Senior Support Workers to join a 4-bed children's home in Crawley, supporting young people to reach their full potential and achieve positive outcomes.

You will join a compassionate, dedicated and supportive team, led by a longstanding, experienced Registered Manager. The home provides care tailored to each child's individual needs, with specialist support from a Positive Behaviour Support Lead, occupational therapist, speech and language therapist, clinical team, art therapist and clinical psychologist.

This is a rewarding and varied role, offering the opportunity to make a lasting difference to young people's lives.

The Role
