Your Chapter Ltd in Pwllheli, Wales, is seeking a Children’s Residential Senior Support Worker to lead a care team and deliver high‑quality, person‑centred support for children. This is a full‑time, permanent post (37.5 hours/week) with flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, plus sleep‑in duties paid within the package.

You will mentor staff, assist with daily routines, maintain records, promote learning, and help create a safe, welcoming home environment, with a salary up to £37,154

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• Previous experience working in a residential childcare setting.

Salary: Up to £37,154.00 per annum

Hours: Full-time, permanent (37.5 hours/week)

Shift Pattern: Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and an average of two sleep‑ins per week (included in salary)

Sleep‑In Rate: £55 per sleep‑in (included in total salary package)

Voluntary Overtime Available
