Our Supported Housing team provides support to clients who may experience a range of complex needs including homelessness, drug and alcohol misuse, offending and mental health issues. Our aim is to support and enable people to overcome barriers, achieve their potential and secure appropriate move-on accommodation, with/without support.
Senior Support Workers assist the Supported Housing Team Manager, ensuring the provision of user-led, trauma informed, high quality, effective and comprehensive support to clients. Duties include:
Ideally, you will have a minimum of two years’ experience of working with people with complex needs in high support accommodation and/or community support fields. Experience and understanding of working with people with multiple/complex needs, homelessness, mental health or drug/alcohol dependency is essential.
The role involves travel around the Bristol area, so the ability to travel independently to multiple sites throughout the day is essential.
