Job description

Howard Finley Care are recruiting for a new Senior Care Assistant to work within our client's nursing home in Bideford.

Salary: £13.60 per hour

Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of care staff
2. Administer medication
3. Provide the highest level of personal care and attention to residents, following individual care plans carefully and ensuring that all contact is polite, friendly, warm and supportive.
4. Follow individual care plans for each resident, accurately maintaining appropriate records.
5. Ensure adherence to CQC and company policies.

Minimum Requirements:

NVQ level 3 is needed for the senior carer role.
