Job summary

Bath Mind is seeking a compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our Housing team, supporting residents living within B&NES with their mental health. The role involves recording daily activities, maintaining records, and upholding health and safety standards while building positive links with Bath Mind services.

The successful candidate will foster an empowering, inclusive environment for residents and staff and refer enquiries appropriately to related services as needed.

• Familiarise with all records, knowing their locations and assist in their maintenance.
• Maintain good working relationships with other Bath Mind services and refer enquiries appropriately.
