Job summary
Kinaxis is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead complex Maestro deployments and configurations for customers across the EMEA region. You will drive discovery sessions, design processes, perform configurations, and mentor junior consultants to help customers realize immediate value from Kinaxis solutions.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in software implementation within supply chain planning, strong leadership, and hands-on SQL/R/JavaScript skills.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in software implementation or deployment in supply chain planning/execution
- Experience in leading deployments and design of business processes
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions for complex, multi-phase implementations
- Collaborate with Solution Architect on process design and technical direction
- Configure advanced solutions per approved architecture
- Escalate and troubleshoot complex configuration issues
- Apply optimization techniques and AI to supply chain scenarios
- Lead deployment workshops, training customers to realize value
- Provide guidance to junior consultants during milestones
- Mentor and guide project teams throughout lifecycle
