Kinaxis is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to lead complex supply‑chain implementations. You will guide customers from discovery through deployment, partnering with architects and consultants to deliver immediate value from RapidResponse products.

This is a remote role, central to UK, France, and Germany, with a strong emphasis on leadership, analytics, and customer outcomes. You will apply advanced optimization, data modeling, and best practices to deliver scalable supply‑chain solutions,

About The Role

The Senior Solution Consultant will understand Kinaxis customers’ most pressing business performance challenges and will help our customers solve complex supply‑chain issues. The incumbent will work with new and existing customers and provide expert guidance in integrating our product offerings so customers can experience immediate value from Kinaxis solutions. The senior consultant acts as a functional lead on projects, providing consulting services and leadership during deployment of RapidResponse supply‑chain software and leveraging advanced knowledge of the product and supply‑chain industry trends and best practices to achieve desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently lead business requirements discovery sessions for advanced‑complexity, multi‑phase implementations with broad scope.
• Partner with the Solution Architect in process design and technical direction of complex configurations.
• Execute product configurations of advanced complexity, according to customer needs and approved solution architecture.
• Act as the first level of escalation and oversee troubleshooting and resolution of complex configuration issues for the project team.
• Apply advanced mathematical models, optimization techniques, and artificial‑intelligence algorithms to complex supply‑chain planning scenarios to improve performance and achieve business objectives.
• Execute validation and testing of the solution, capture user feedback, and develop recommendations for escalations, roadblocks, and documentation.
• Lead complex deployment workshops focused on training and guiding customers on configuration and how to realize immediate value.
• Provide technical leadership and recommendations to Associate, Entry, and Intermediate Solution Consultants during milestones and critical deployment escalations.
• Guide and mentor junior consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

Primary Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years in software implementation or deployment within supply‑chain planning or execution space, or business experience in supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, manufacturing.
• 2–3 years of functional leadership for system configuration or system deployments.
• 2–3 years of business process design for supply‑chain software implementations.
• Passion for customer‑facing roles with strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills, able to synthesize complex information to determine best actions.
• Self‑starter who shows initiative and can excel in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven leadership skills within a team and a successful track record with customers and executive sponsors.
• Ability to work in a collaborative matrixed environment with multiple team members.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Role Specific Skills And Experience

• Advanced knowledge of supply‑chain best practices and concepts related to forecasting, MRP, constraint management, and production scheduling.
• Ability to lead complex business‑requirements gathering sessions with customers and end users.
• Experience with RapidResponse/Maestro SAP, Oracle, or Blue Yonder applications supporting supply‑chain activities.
• Proficiency in SQL, R, and/or JavaScript.
• Open to travel 75% on average and 100% occasionally; can work effectively remotely from client sites.
