Kinaxis Inc. is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to guide customers through complex supply chain deployments using RapidResponse. You will lead discovery, design, configuration, and validation, while mentoring junior consultants and working with senior peers on technical direction.

The role is remote with substantial travel and collaboration with Fortune 500 clients. Ideal candidates bring advanced supply chain expertise, strong SQL/R/JavaScript skills, and a proven track record in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in software implementation or deployment within supply chain planning or related area.
• 2–3 years in a functional leadership capacity for system configurations or deployments.
• Experience in business process design for supply chain software.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business requirements discovery sessions for complex, multi‑phase implementations.
• Collaborate with Solution Architect on process design and technical direction.
• Execute advanced configuration work aligned with the solution architecture.
• Escalate and resolve complex configuration issues for the project team.
• Apply optimization techniques and AI to improve supply chain performance.
• Validate solutions, capture feedback, and suggest escalations and doc updates.
• Lead deployment workshops with training to show immediate value.
• Provide technical leadership to junior consultants during milestones.
• Mentor junior consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
