Job summary

Kinaxis Inc. is seeking a remote Solution Architect to join our Consulting Team. You will guide customers through complex supply chain implementations, define system architectures, and mentor other consultants. Expect travel as needed and close collaboration with sales to demonstrate Maestro-based value.

You will leverage deep domain knowledge in supply chain planning, data integration, and product ecosystems to deliver tangible outcomes for clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• 8+ years in software implementation consulting in supply chain.
• 3+ years as solution architect or lead consultant on enterprise projects.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Self-starter in fast-paced environments.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Expertise in supply chain concepts and related software.
• Experience translating business processes to technical requirements.
• Technical leadership in data integration and deployment.
• SQL, R and/or JavaScript proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Articulate value of Kinaxis solution across the customer journey.
• Lead workshops to document requirements and set objectives.
• Define overall systems architecture and data flow.
• Identify risks and mitigate deployment issues.
• Coach and delegate configuration tasks to project team.
• Resolve complex data and analytics configurations.
• Oversee validation, testing, data management and integrations.
• Provide leadership during deployment escalations and mentor staff.
• Influence product roadmap to meet customer needs.
• Participate in services sales to highlight Maestro value.
