Asda is seeking an experienced Supply Solutions Architect to lead the definition of its future application and technology landscape within a mature architecture practice.

You'll design solutions for modern supply chain domains, collaborating with 40+ colleagues and leveraging industry-leading tools such as Manhattan, Blue Yonder and SAP. The role offers hybrid working with significant training and development opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with the solution design of modern Supply Chain including Forecasting, Fulfilment, Modular Planning, Order Execution, Parcel Management, Warehouse Management, Warehouse Automation and Transport management.
• Strong grasp of different integration design patterns and technologies.
• Awareness of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and EA tooling.
• Experience in security by design and observability patterns.

Asda are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Solution Architect to lead the definition of ournew future application & technology landscape. If you have architectural experience in designs solutions for modern Supply chain, then pleasedo nothesitate to apply.

Your Role

This role would ideally suit a passionate and experienced Architect to join a mature practice,workingwitha team of 40+ in asupportiveenvironment,withgreatopportunitiesforself-developmentand training.

• You’ll be? Actually the text should be "You'll be supported with training opportunities and dedicated Learning & Development time."

• You will be able to allocate 10% of your time towards Learning & Development activities aligned to your Personal Development Plan.

• Access to Microsoft Enterprise Skills initiative portal to gain access to Microsoft training and certifications.

• Opportunities to work with latest Technologies and Tooling in the Cloud.

• Lead the designing of solutions involving industry leading Supply Chain Solutions with Manhattan, Blue Yonder and SAP at the heart.

Experience in the Retail or Supply chain sectors, or at leastoperatingin anenterprise-scaleenvironmentisdesirable but not essential.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Experience with the solution design of modern Supply Chain including Forecasting, Fulfilment, Modular Planning, Order Execution, Parcel Management, Warehouse Management, Warehouse Automation and Transport management

• Experience in solution design and a real passion for current technology trends.

• Strong grasp of different integration design patterns and technologies.

• Ability to approach design with timeliness, cost and quality factors in mind, a focus on security by design and experience of observability patterns and technologies.

• Experience of risk identification and mitigation, quantification and qualification non-functional and functional requirements.

Desirable Skills and Experience

• A strong candidate would also have worked with technologies powering inventory management and fulfilment in the context of retail.

• Experience in solution design, in the other tech domains such as infrastructure, cyber-security, data and integrations.

• Awarenessofarchitectureframeworks such asTOGAF

• Experience in modern EA tooling is desirable but not essential, training will be provided on Ardoq.

• Experience of working with Agile Architecture Methodology.
