About this opportunity

Your mission is to oversee the clinical support and services workflows, providing customers with the best clinical education to help them become experts on Invisalign techniques and increase their clinical confidence. In this role, you will:

1. Oversee a team of Clinical Specialists responsible for driving growth and building clinical confidence through education on Align’s protocols and ClinCheck software, as well as clinical troubleshooting.
2. Provide supervision and mentorship to direct reports regarding performance, workflows, duties, and daily activities to meet targets.
3. Plan onboarding and training for new hires within the region.
4. Monitor employee productivity, offer feedback, coaching, and support personal development.
5. Analyze program outcomes and propose improvements and new initiatives.
6. Investigate and analyze clinical-related customer inquiries, complaints, and adverse events.
7. Demonstrate leadership and influencing skills as a 'go-to-person'.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in dentistry, dental technology, dental hygiene/therapy.
• Typically 4+ years of experience as a Clinical Specialist or similar role.
• Experience in customer relations and leadership roles preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, and persuasive communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to influence through public speaking.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
