Job summary

Millbank Holdings Ltd is hiring a Sub Agent for a major UK infrastructure programme. The role focuses on delivering designated works safely, on programme and within budget, in close collaboration with the Package Manager and project teams.

You will coordinate subcontractors, monitor performance, produce look-ahead plans and drive construction excellence while upholding health, safety and quality standards on site.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in a relevant Engineering discipline.
• Experience on major engineering or construction projects.
• Ability to produce and manage safe systems of work.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and site management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a designated area of responsibility to ensure construction activities are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with project requirements.
• Produce and maintain detailed four-week look-ahead programmes and manage works to achieve milestones.
• Coordinate labour, plant and materials to ensure efficient delivery of the works.
• Review and approve ITPs, NCRs and quality documentation in line with project procedures.
• Liaise with clients, designers, subcontractors and third parties as required.
• Promote safety, continuous improvement and collaborative working across the site.
