Job summary

Advance TRS is seeking an experienced Sub Agent to support the construction fit out on a large infrastructure project in the UK. The role requires a strong background in major construction and infrastructure, with extensive experience in reinforced concrete, structural works, temporary works and architectural fit-out.

The successful candidate will have 10+ years in construction and at least 5 years as a Sub Agent, with SMSTS and CSCS qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' construction industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years' experience working as a Sub Agent.
• Construction fit-out experience.
• Reinforced concrete and drainage experience.
• Constructions walls and slabs experience.

Responsibilities

• Support on-site delivery and coordination of fit-out works.
• Ensure adherence to project methodology, sequencing and site delivery.
