Job summary

TRIbuild Solutions is recruiting a Sub Agent to support a major infrastructure upgrade programme at Sellafield, working with a leading Tier-1 contractor. This site-based role will manage day-to-day civils and infrastructure works within a highly regulated nuclear environment, delivering to programme and budget.

Responsibilities include leading site operations, coordinating teams and subcontractors, planning short-term programmes and ensuring HSE compliance, quality control, and client liaison.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Sub Agent or progression to Sub Agent in civils/infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of NEC contracts.
• Experience on major projects or in regulated environments.
• SMSTS and CSCS (or equivalent) required.
• Strong leadership, planning and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate site operations to deliver works safely, on programme and to budget.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors and supply chain.
• Plan and monitor short-term programmes and resource requirements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Oversee quality control, inspections and handover documentation.
• Liaise with the client, designers and wider project team.
