Job summary

Monsoon Accessorize is seeking a Senior Stylist to set and hold the styling tone across campaign, e-commerce and content. You will lead the team, translate seasonal design stories into practical styling principles and ensure consistency from hero images to marketplace cut-outs.

You will manage on-set decisions, maintain editorial standards and develop mid-weight and junior stylists, all while aligning with the brand direction across Monsoon and Accessorize.

Qualifications

• Significant styling experience within retail or fashion, at senior or lead level.
• Strong visual eye and editorial sensibility.
• Experience styling both campaign and e-commerce.
• Experience in in-house studio or high-volume content environment.
• Established freelance styling network.

Responsibilities

• Set the styling direction with the Creative Director and Head of Design.
• Lead styling on campaign shoots with pre-shoot prep, fittings and on-set decisions.
• Oversee styling across e-commerce shoot days with photographers and models.
• Line manage mid-weight and junior stylists; assign day-to-day direction and reviews.
• Own and enforce brand styling guidelines across Monsoon and Accessorize.
• Coordinate samples, rails and run sheets to keep projects on schedule.
• Collaborate with Buying, Merchandising and Trade to align styling with commercial priorities.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to teammates and freelancers.
