Job summary

ICON is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Manager to lead and drive cross-functional teams in a sponsor-dedicated model, contributing to the delivery of high-quality non-interventional studies. The role focuses on NIS designs, retrospective and prospective during execution and reporting.

You will manage end-to-end trial activities, develop study plans, and collaborate with external CROs and internal partners to ensure timely, compliant outcomes across global programs.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical trial management experience in CROs or pharmaceutical environments.
• Ability to lead and develop teams in a matrix/global setting.
• Experience with non-interventional and observational study designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive cross-functional teams to deliver trial milestones.
• Oversee end-to-end management of non-interventional studies and associated data activities.
• Coordinate with sponsors, CROs and internal stakeholders to ensure study quality.
• Ensure proactive issue identification and risk mitigation across programs.
