Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Manager to lead cross-functional teams across clinical operations. You will oversee end-to-end management of NIS non-interventional studies and other trial designs, ensuring high-quality outcomes in a sponsor-dedicated model with ICON's global expertise.

Qualifications

• A minimum ideally of 4+ years of experience in a Clinical Trial Management position at a CRO or Pharmaceutical Organization.
• Bachelor's degree in health, life sciences, or Advanced degree (e.g. MS, PhD, PharmD)
• At least 10+ years ideally of relevant experience in clinical trial management.
• Experience in managing complex or global trials is advantageous.
• Preferred: Experience in managing all trial components from start-up to database lock.
• Preferred: Experience in leading and driving cross-functional teams including oversight of external CROs.
• Proven expertise in the proactive identification of issues which may impact clinical programmes coupled with the ability to contribute to solutions affecting cross-functional matrix teams.
• Demonstrated experience leading in matrix environment to deliver projects, develop clinical plans, and manage change.

Responsibilities

• Ideally, you will be a Clinical Trial Manager with retrospective and prospective designs, post authorization safety studies, real world evidence, and epidemiology experience. This is a leadership role and the CTM will bring experience in leading and driving cross-functional teams.
• Lead and drive cross-functional teams in clinical trial operations.
• Oversee start-up to database lock for trials and coordinate with external CROs as needed.
• Mentor and develop the CTM team to ensure high performance and quality deliverables.
