About the role

In this role, you will act as a specialist lead for the University’s current online assessment platform (WISEflow) and ensure the accuracy of student data for exam board reports and other data requirements. You will supervise the daily work of the Student Records team and play a key role in maintaining high-quality services for students, staff and partnerships. The Registry department is committed to delivering an excellent, customer-focused service, so you must be confident working in a busy, outward-facing environment and responding to queries via email, phone and in person. A degree-level qualification or equivalent experience is required.

This is a re-advertised vacancy , previous applicants need not apply.
