Job summary

Kier Group in Liverpool is seeking a Senior Structural Technician to join our Kier Design team. You will produce and check high‑quality structural drawings, models and reinforcement information for building projects, with remote work options and occasional travel.

The role requires a degree in structural/civil engineering or equivalent, and extensive experience with Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD, plus knowledge of CDM Regulations and UK/European standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Structural/Civil Engineering, Building or Construction.
• Extensive experience producing building structures models and drawings.
• Experience using Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Produce and check coordinated structural drawings, models, schedules and specifications.
• Develop 3D building structure models using Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
• Coordinate structural information with other technical disciplines.
• Prepare reinforcement detailing and schedules to UK & European Standards.
• Undertake occasional site inspections, surveys and meetings with clients and stakeholders.
• Work within a robust QA and CDM-compliant environment.
