Senior Structural Technician

Location: Liverpool

Salary: £44k-£48k plus benefits

Want to join a busy and growing engineering consultancy in Liverpool? Our client is seeking a skilled Structural Technician with at least five years' experience to join their team. The successful candidate will be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, with strong knowledge of UK building structures and standards.

Key Duties:

1. Produce structural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
2. Support engineers in delivering technical design packages
3. Collaborate with internal & external teams and contractors
4. Ensure compliance with drawing standards and QA procedures
5. Contribute to BIM coordination and model management

Requirements:

• 5+ years as a Structural Technician
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
• Strong detailing knowledge in steel, concrete, timber, and masonry
• Familiar with UK Building Regulations
• Experience working on residential and commercial projects
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Capable of managing multiple deadlines

If you have BIM Level 2 experience and are familiar with Civils 3D, this would be an advantage.
