Senior AC Engineer - Building Services Maintenance

Salary: Up to £46k + Overtime + Vehicle + Package

We are recruiting for a growing organization seeking a Senior AC Engineer to join their Northern Service and Maintenance team. The role involves working alongside other specialist engineers across the Northwest along the M62 corridor and down into Staffordshire to maintain Air Conditioning Systems, VRV, VRF, AHU, Splits, Pumps, etc.

This is a field-based role covering sites across the Northern Region of the UK, including Care Homes, Commercial Offices, and High Rise Apartments. Responsibilities include performing PPM calls and repairs. There is an on-call rota of 1 in 5, currently across the Northern Region, extending north of Birmingham but not further south.

Senior AC Engineer - Package

• Salary up to £46k
• On-call payment: £150 per week
• 4 hours paid per callout
• OT time: half weekdays / Saturday, double Sundays and BH

Senior AC Engineer - Requirements

• Experience in performing PPM and repairs on various AC systems (Essential)
• Controls knowledge (Essential)
• C&G or NVQ Level 2 or above training (Desirable)

• IT skills and report writing (Essential)

This role is suitable for candidates with experience in Building Services, M&E, Construction, Industrial Maintenance, Facilities Management, Fire & Security, or Hire organizations, or other industries.
