Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Structural Revit Technician in Cardiff to take a lead role in delivering coordinated 2D/3D structural models, drawings and schedules. You will ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements while coordinating across disciplines and managing document control throughout the project lifecycle.

You will support workload planning, assist in task delegation, and help maintain high quality outputs.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Structural Revit Technician within a design environment.
• EngTech status or equivalent experience.
• Strong capability in producing and coordinating structural models and drawings.
• Good understanding of project stages, health and safety, and quality assurance processes.
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members desirable.
• Proactive approach to continuous professional development.
• Interest in improving workflows and contributing to technical standards.
• Awareness of project delivery processes, including coordination and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Produce and coordinate 2D and 3D structural models, drawings and schedules.
• Ensure outputs are accurate, coordinated and aligned with project requirements.
• Support integration of technical information across disciplines and manage document control.
• Assist workload planning, task allocation and maintaining output quality.
• Contribute to site activities including inspections, surveys and reporting.
• Help raise technical standards across the team and mentor others.
