Job summary

Stantec in Glasgow/Edinburgh seeks a Senior Structural Technician to lead delivery, coordinate models and drawings, and mentor technicians across a portfolio of projects. You will work with engineers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure outputs are accurate, coordinated and delivered on programme.

You will also support document control, stakeholder communication, and site activities, while driving continuous improvement and technical standards within the team.

Qualifications

• Strong experience producing and coordinating structural models and drawings.
• Understanding of project stages, health and safety requirements, and quality assurance.
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior technicians.
• Proactive approach to developing skills and improving workflows.
