Job summary

Stantec Cardiff is seeking a Structural Engineer to lead the delivery of building structures from concept through construction. You will coordinate across disciplines to meet client expectations and quality standards, while mentoring junior engineers and supporting proposals and client relationships.

In this role you will contribute to business development and be part of a multidisciplinary team that balances technical excellence with project impact.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (BEng/MEng or equivalent).
• Chartered or Incorporated engineer with IStructE or ICE, or working toward chartership.
• Strong experience in the design and delivery of building structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of structural engineering projects from concept through construction.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and ensure outputs meet client and quality standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to proposals, client engagement and business development.
