This is not a large corporate where you’re one person among hundreds. The team actively promotes career progression, technical development and individual responsibility. Their culture is built around innovation, collaboration and giving people the opportunity to shape both projects and the future growth of the business. The company often attracts technicians and consultants working in much larger consultancies as they still get to work on great projects, but in a 30 + team not a 300+ team.
