Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Structural Engineering Design.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading multi‑discipline teams.

Responsibilities

• Organize, assign, and delegate engineering tasks to produce construction documents.
• Manage scope, budget and schedule to meet project goals.
• Coordinate with mechanical, civil, architectural and process disciplines.
• Lead plant design activities as an area/system leader.
• Ensure quality plans through design checks and collaboration.
• Review construction submittals for conformance with design documents.
• Perform field activities such as observation of construction.
