Job summary

g2 Recruitment is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer for a contract-based role in Milton Keynes with a fully remote option. You will lead a portfolio across residential, refurbishment and commercial developments, from design through to delivery, and mentor junior engineers.

Strong knowledge of British Standards & Eurocodes and experience with Tekla/CADS/Tedds are essential, with Chartered status or progress toward Chartership preferred. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' structural engineering consultancy experience.
• Strong knowledge of British Standards & Eurocodes.
• Experience with Tekla, CADS and/or Tedds.
• Ideally Chartered or working towards Chartership (IStructE/ICE).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead a varied portfolio of projects across residential, refurbishment and commercial developments, from design to delivery.
• Take ownership of projects and deliver high-quality structural solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Engage with clients and suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes.
