Qualifications

• Degree qualification in Structural or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years' UK consultancy experience in structural engineering.
• Experience delivering refurbishment and new build projects.
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and Eurocodes.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
• Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

Senior Structural Engineer required for an independent multi-disciplinary engineering, environmental and project management consultancy based in Milton Keynes. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Structural Engineer to join a growing consultancy delivering a diverse range of refurbishment, new build and structural engineering projects across the residential, commercial, industrial and public sectors. The successful Senior Structural Engineer will play a key role in the design and delivery of structural engineering projects from concept through to completion. Working closely with clients, architects, contractors and internal design teams, you will manage multiple projects, mentor junior engineers and provide technically robust structural solutions across all major construction materials..

• Previous project management experience with responsibility for programme and client liaison
• Comfortable mentoring junior engineers
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations, British Standards and Eurocodes
• Working towards or already Chartered (MIStructE or MICE) would be advantageous
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
• Full Right to Work in the UK
