Job summary

Criterion Capital Ltd seeks a Senior Structural Engineer to lead structural design across redevelopment, refurbishment, adaptation, and new-build projects in the UK. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural/Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years’ post-graduate experience in structural design (UK experience mandatory).
• Strong understanding of Eurocodes, UK standards and Building Regulations.
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (Revit, Tekla, MasterSeries, Robot, ETABS, TEDDS, AutoCAD).
• Experience with redevelopment, refurbishment or adaptive reuse projects.

Responsibilities

• Carry out structural design, analysis and calculations for redevelopment, refurbishment, adaptations and new build components.
• Prepare detailed structural drawings, specifications and technical reports for planning, tender and construction stages.
• Ensure all design work complies with UK Building Regulations, Eurocodes and relevant British Standards.
• Coordinate structural designs with architectural, building services and other engineering disciplines.
