A leading construction firm in Greater London is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead structural design for a diverse portfolio of redevelopment, refurbishment, and new-build projects. You will be responsible for delivering structural analysis, detailed design documentation, and ensuring compliance with UK regulations. The ideal candidate should have a relevant degree and over 5 years of UK experience, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to drive projects from planning to construction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ post‑graduate experience in structural design (UK experience mandatory).
• Strong understanding of Eurocodes, UK standards, and Building Regulations.
• Experience with redevelopment, refurbishment or adaptive reuse projects.

Responsibilities

• Carry out structural design, analysis, and calculations for various projects.
• Prepare detailed structural drawings, specifications and technical reports.
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations, Eurocodes, and British Standards.
• Coordinate designs with architectural, building services, and other disciplines.
