Job summary
NUVIA UK, a VINCI Construction subsidiary, is expanding its Civil & Structural team at Milton Park. The role covers hands-on analysis and design within a safety-critical environment, with interfacing across disciplines and potential supervision duties.
The Senior Structural Engineer will deliver design through the full process, report to the Principal Engineer, and contribute to a strong, regulated engineering culture within a growing organisation.
Qualifications
- Fundamentals of structures and foundations knowledge.
- Design experience in reinforced concrete and structural steel.
- Understanding of structural steel connections and types.
- Demonstrated design delivery competence.
- Strong teamwork and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Prepare design documentation throughout the design process.
- Develop designs to satisfy technical specifications.
- Prepare supporting design calculations to substantiate design.
- Contribute to design reviews and risk assessments.
- Prepare technical specifications and safety documentation.
- Assist with technical files and regulatory documentation.
