Job summary
NUVIA UK, part of the VINCI group, seeks a Senior Building Services Engineer to drive safe, timely design delivery across nuclear and defence projects. You will define scope, oversee discipline design, and lead teams to develop cost-efficient technical solutions while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications
- Degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Working towards or holding Chartership.
- Experience in Building Services design (Ventilation & Piped Services).
- Proven track record delivering design solutions.
- Strong knowledge of safety legislation and regulations.
- Experience leading design teams and managing sub-contracts.
- Experience with bid preparation.
Responsibilities
- Define and distribute scope of work for safe, timely, quality delivery.
- Develop designs and documentation to meet technical specs.
- Check/approve discipline design deliverables.
- Contribute to design and safety reviews.
- Ensure timely delivery of design documentation across phases.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Develop cost‑effective technical solutions.
- Manage design team and sub-contractors.
- Provide technical consultancy and support during site surveys, installation and commissioning.
