Job summary

Qualifications

• A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Significant experience within a structural engineering consultancy.
• Strong experience in structural design and calculations.
• Experience with a range of structural materials.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Experience with TEDDS, Tekla and AutoCAD would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver structural design projects from concept through to completion.
• Prepare and review structural calculations and design packages.
• Work across a variety of building structures and materials.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and other project stakeholders.
• Develop and mentor colleagues within the consultancy.
