Job summary

Tetra Tech in Belfast is seeking a Senior/Principal Structural Engineer to lead innovative structural designs across a diverse project portfolio in Ireland and beyond. You will own technical work from concept through to construction, collaborating with clients, architects, and authorities.

Qualifications

Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (BEng or MEng) with consultancy experience.
Chartered Engineer (CEng) or working towards Chartership with Engineers Ireland, IStructE or ICE.
Knowledge of Eurocodes, AutoCAD and structural design software; MasterSeries, Tedds or Revit is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Deliver structural designs across a wide range of projects using Eurocodes and industry best practice.
Support project delivery from concept through construction, focusing on quality, programme and budget.
Engage with clients, architects, contractors, and authorities to develop practical engineering solutions.
Contribute to site inspections, contract administration and technical reporting.
Collaborate with national engineering teams and take ownership of professional development.
