The Role

As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing structural engineering projects from initial concept through to completion.
• Developing creative and cost-effective structural solutions for a wide range of building types and materials.
• Conducting detailed structural analysis and design using industry-standard software.
• Preparing technical reports, calculations, and specifications.
• Mentoring and guiding junior engineers and technicians.
• Collaborating with architects, clients, and contractors to ensure project success.
• Ensuring all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
• Chartered or near Chartered status (e.g., CEng MIStructE or MICE).
• Proven experience as a Structural Engineer, with a significant portion in a senior or leadership role.
• Extensive experience with various construction materials, including steel, concrete, timber, and masonry.
• Strong proficiency in structural analysis and design software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
