Dice Consulting Engineers Ltd is seeking two experienced Senior Structural Engineers to join our growing team in Nottingham and Sheffield. You should be chartered (IStructE preferred, ICE considered) or working towards chartership, with extensive knowledge across education, healthcare, residential, industrial, commercial, leisure and retail sectors.

You will lead technical delivery, mentor juniors, manage portfolios, and cultivate client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered on

Qualifications

• Chartered engineer or working towards chartership with relevant institution.
• Minimum 4–5 years in a structural engineering role.
• Experience delivering education, healthcare, residential and commercial schemes.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of multiple projects concurrently.
• Mentor junior staff and provide pro-active problem solving guidance.
• Develop fee proposals and bids for schemes.
• Maintain client relationships and seek repeat work.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with other Dice disciplines and external stakeholders.
• Prepare quarterly reports and CPD as needed.
• Utilise Tekla, Robot and other software for design tasks.
• Support QA procedures and change control processes.
• Attend project meetings and site visits as required.
