Conrad Consulting Ltd in the Birmingham area is seeking a Chartered Senior Structural Engineer to lead design and project delivery on a varied pipeline of projects for national housebuilders and developers.

The role offers hybrid working, with two days from home each week, and opportunities for leadership and future progression toward directorship as the practice grows. You will mentor the team, shape technical solutions, and contribute to business development where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Chartered Structural Engineer with demonstrable UK experience.
• Experience delivering structural designs and managing projects from inception to completion.
• Willing to contribute to business development and client liaison.
• Hybrid working with two days from home per week.
