2025 sees MoneyGram Haas F1 Team celebrate its tenth season in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship… we’re just getting started. We don’t follow the status quo, we’re here to challenge the competition, and we want you to join us.
The first American Formula 1 team to compete in the sport since 1986, MoneyGram Haas F1 Team made an immediate impression with a memorable points-scoring debut at the 2016 Australian Grand Prix. General Summary:
This position reports to the Deputy Chief Designer & Structure or their designee; is located in Maranello, Italy. Responsible for structural design and analysis of F1 Chassis related components.
Key Responsibilities:
Education and Work Experience:
University degree in Mechanical, aeronautical or equivalent Engineering, and preferably a master’s degree in relevant subject. Minimum requirement of 5 years work experience in engineering environment, of which 3 must be in a professional motorsports environment.

An ability to work and prioritize within a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment while retaining a methodical and organized approach is essential. The role may require some domestic and international travel and a willingness to work long and flexible hours including weekends. Mainly office-based work although the role involves supervision of full-scale component testing.
This position may require lifting to 50 pounds, repeated bending, squatting, manual dexterity, and working in environments with machinery, race cars, rigs, debris, and hazardous fluids. All employees must ensure compliance with the Company Health and Safety Policy and relevant legislation.
