2025 sees MoneyGram Haas F1 Team celebrate its tenth season in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship… we’re just getting started. We don’t follow the status quo, we’re here to challenge the competition, and we want you to join us.

The first American Formula 1 team to compete in the sport since 1986, MoneyGram Haas F1 Team made an immediate impression with a memorable points-scoring debut at the 2016 Australian Grand Prix. Nine years later, and the team continues to demonstrate growth and a clear direction with its future objectives – coming off the back of its second-best season to-date in Formula 1.

We’re a racing team – not a corporate machine. We have three HQs – Kannapolis in the US, Banbury in the UK, and Maranello in Italy – each powered by passionate, loyal, and hardworking team ambassadors. At MoneyGram Haas F1 Team – known within the paddock as the ‘family team’ – you’ll be involved in many different areas of the team, have wider visibility across the business, and will be able to see your contribution clearly.

Yes, you’ll learn from us, but we expect to learn from you too!

  5. Focus primarily on the analysis of composite components (chassis, gearbox, wings, bodywork, suspensions, etc.).
  6. Follow all safety regulations at all venues.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned by the Deputy Chief Designer & Structure or their designee.
Education and Work Experience:

University degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, or equivalent Engineering, preferably a master’s degree in a relevant subject. Minimum of 5 years of work experience in an engineering environment, with at least 3 years in a professional motorsports setting.

Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent understanding of the English language.
  • Strong technical knowledge of FE methods and their limitations.
  • Ability to work to high standards under stressful and time-sensitive conditions.
  • Quick decision-making skills, approaching problems scientifically and analytically.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment at all levels.
  • Sympathetic approach to colleagues and ability to integrate into a group.
