About the role

We currently have an opportunity for an Associate or experienced Senior Engineer.

The candidate will have significant proven experience in:

• Structural / Bridge / Heavy Civils
• Permanent and Temporary Works

Proven experience in the Rail industry as CRE (Civil and Structures) in medium scale projects would be advantageous.

The candidate will have strong technical experience coordinating (leading) multi-disciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and direction to the project team.
• Manage projects and be responsible for project outcomes.
• Contribute to identify and pursue opportunities/win work/grow relationships with Clients and Partners.
• Fulfill CRE role (Civil and Structures) in Rail schemes.
• Ability to independently develop and integrate winning temporary and permanent works design schemes proposals along with the construction methodologies.
• Playing a key role in continuing the growth of our team, focusing on the expansion of our capabilities.

About You:

• Chartered Engineer.
• 8-15 years experience in civils/heavy civils/structural/bridge design.
• Multi-disciplinary teams and schemes coordination and management experience.
• CRE (Civils and Structure) proven experience (or working towards).
• Ability to mentor and support a passionate group of enthusiastic designers and engineers and grow teams.
• Willing to contribute to the development of Business and Partnership relationships.
• Proven experience with computational software.
