Think Recruitment are partnering with a well established consultancy in Northamptonshire to appoint a Structural Technician. The role focuses on 2D/3D drawing, reinforcement detailing, and leading project delivery across diverse sectors.

Candidates should have strong Revit/AutoCAD skills, knowledge of civil and structural interfaces, and experience detailing reinforced concrete and steelwork. Hybrid working options are available across UK projects.

Qualifications

• Proficient in 2D/3D technical drawing for major projects.
• Experience producing reinforcement detailing for RC structures.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proven capability to lead and mentor technicians.
• Strong liaison with clients and external design teams.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking technical drawing work in 2D and 3D on major projects.
• Producing reinforcement bending schedules for reinforced concrete.
• Managing workload on numerous projects to meet deadlines and client requirements.
• Taking a lead role in larger schemes to plan work and delegate to others.
• Mentoring Junior Technicians and liaising with clients daily.
