Job summary

Dartford-based structural engineering consultancy seeks a Senior Revit Technician to join a team of ~25 engineers on UK projects. You will deliver hands-on Revit and CAD support, build precise models and drawings, and work closely with engineers to meet tight deadlines.

This hybrid, office-based role offers direct collaboration with engineers and the opportunity to take ownership of Revit/CAD deliverables across live projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Revit Technician / Senior Revit Technician within a structural engineering environment.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and ability to produce detailed structural models and drawings.
• Solid grasp of structural detailing and construction information.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed 3D Revit models and structural drawings for live engineering projects.
• Provide day‑to‑day Revit and CAD support to structural engineers.
• Interpret structural drawings and translate designs into accurate Revit models.
• Produce GA drawings, layouts, sections, details and other technical documentation.
• Respond quickly to urgent drawing and modelling requirements from engineers.
• Coordinate models and drawings with engineers and other disciplines.
• Review drawings for accuracy, consistency and project compliance.
• Manage drawing revisions and maintain document control.
• Liaise with the wider CAD team, including offshore CAD resources.
• Support and guide less experienced CAD team members in workflows.
