Job summary

Sky is seeking a Propositions Lead for its NOW and Streaming Propositions team. This role shapes packaging, pricing and platform strategy, partnering with GTM and delivery teams to drive high-impact changes and align stakeholders.

You will lead a high-performing team, leveraging market insight and customer value to prioritise initiatives and build robust business cases that accelerate growth in Sky’s streaming business.

Qualifications

• Clear strategic direction amid ambiguity and ability to structure complex problems.
• Proven track record turning strategy into execution across propositions, pricing or packaging.
• Strong understanding of subscription media P&L and business cases.
• Ability to lead multiple complex projects with a proactive mindset.
• Rigorous analysis to ensure robust numbers and dependencies.
• Team player who builds relationships across the organisation.
• Excellent ability to influence senior stakeholders and challenge status quo.
• Subject-matter expert on the streaming landscape and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy for our streaming proposition across packaging, pricing, platform and positioning.
• Build business cases for proposition and platform changes and new distribution models.
• Translate proposition into clear requirements and align delivery teams.
• Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and drive alignment.
• Provide leadership, coaching and development to the team to raise capability across the function.
