Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in external strategy consultancy.
• Leadership of teams of 3+.
• Experience in TMT sub-sectors such as software, IT services, media, or education.
• Structured, hypothesis-driven problem solver with strong analytical rigour.
• Delivery-focused communicator with integrity and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead OC&C project teams of three to six consultants on corporate strategy and due diligence.
• Own and develop high-quality deliverables for clients with senior team collaboration.
• Build relationships with clients, establishing trust as a advisor.
• Coach junior team members on and off projects.
• Contribute to business development, including pitches and proposals.
• Support TMT sector initiatives to strengthen OC&C's leadership in strategy consulting.
