Job summary

FTI Consulting LLP is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Business Transformation practice, focusing on strategy, transformation and transactions for Telecom, Media and Technology clients across Europe. You will work with a close-knit team serving European clients from London and Barcelona, delivering high‑quality analysis and practical recommendations under tight deadlines.

You will contribute to client work and to intellectual capital, mentoring junior staff and helping shape proposals,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
• Professional experience in consulting, strategy, transactions or comparable role.
• Knowledge of Telecom, Media and Technology sector.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Practical experience applying AI and GenAI tools to research, analysis or content production in a professional setting.
• Ability to travel to clients and FTI Consulting offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day delivery of client projects with teams and clients.
• Apply business, strategy, finance, and analytical skills to client scenarios.
• Conduct primary and secondary research on the TMT sector.
• Translate analysis into client-ready outputs with clear messaging.
• Manage workloads and deadlines, with proactive progress updates.
• Contribute to intellectual capital, proposals and credentials.
• Lead defined modules end-to-end with guidance from leadership.
• Review work of junior colleagues and provide feedback.
