Job summary

Formula 1 is seeking a Senior Strategy Manager in the Strategy & Transformation department to shape the long-term corporate strategy and vision. You will collaborate with the Leadership team, Directors, and finance to deliver strategic plans with senior exposure from day one.

Key duties include defining an ambitious growth strategy, evaluating trends, building detailed financial models, and presenting outcomes to shareholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree minimum.
• Mentoring experience is advantageous.
• Experience leading strategic projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term vision and strategy for Formula 1.
• Develop growth drivers, revenue targets and KPIs.
• Build financial models and prepare shareholder materials.
• Partner with senior leaders to deliver roadmaps and budgets.
• Lead cross-functional corporate strategy projects.
