Qualifications

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to translate analysis into clear, compelling insight for diverse audiences.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align activity around shared strategic objectives.
• Strong financial and analytical acumen, with the ability to assess portfolio performance, growth opportunities, investment priorities, and KPIs.
• Understanding of London and European insurance markets, including regulatory frameworks and competitive dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Formulation: Lead and support key strategic initiatives, including reviews, horizon scanning, benchmarking, and market insight development.
• Investment Framework: Translate strategy into investment priorities that advance Travelers Europe's market offering and operating model.
• Strategy Communications: Lead clear communication of Travelers Europe's business strategy with Corporate Communications and stakeholders.
• Performance Framework: Establish and mature OKRs and KPIs to monitor progress and drive disciplined execution.
